Inoculation of soybean seeds by rhizobia with nanometal carboxylates reduces the negative effect of drought on N<sub>2</sub> and CO<sub>2</sub> assimilation

The effect of individual nanometals (Co, Fe, Cu, Ge) carboxylates (NMC) as components the suspension for seeds inoculation with rhizobia on nitrogen fixation rate and parameters CO2 H2O gas exchange in soybean plants grown under different water conditions was investigated. scheme trials included following variants: 1 - + strain B1-20; 2 (strain B1-20 nano-cobalt carboxylate); 3 В1-20 nano-ferrum 4 nano-cuprum 5 nano-germanium carboxylate). results showed that during flowering period, drought (30% field capacity) significantly reduced rates (Nfx), net assimilation (An), transpiration (Tr) plants. Inoculation by NMC before sowing negative these physiological processes. Close correlations were found between Nfx An stomatal conductance rates. It concluded pre-sowing treatment mitigates main soybean-rhizobia symbiosis productivity formation assimilation, also contributes to their recovery after removal stressor. most effective this use Ge Fe nanoparticle carboxylates.
